Awful ending

So not worth the time put into to first 96 minutes. Terrible uninspired SUCKY lazy writing that's so typical of many indie films. Any wonder that the old classics are so beloved? Imagine one of these anti endings tacked onto Bridge on the River Kwai? Mrs Miniver? It Happened One Night? Philadelphia Story? Good grief.

The ending was HORRID! A non-ending... and I actually thought it was a waste of my time too.

There's a movie I saw that I actually liked the sudden and abrupt ending....... Okay, I'm a person that avoids making spoilers like the plague, but all I say is that it was effective in the sense that; if the movie continued, it would have needed to place the blame on someone. This is actually a strong theme in Fellini movies: stories in his movies seem scattered and out of place, but they're like that because a normal story structure would have to start with a fault and resolve with some kind of moral epiphany, which Fellini hated the thought of because that implies that movies are a judge on morality. The movie I saw took away that judgement, and I thought it was a smart choice.

This movie....... did it to be annoying. Uninspired and horrible ending.

I thot they would illustrate the ending in the credits. That would have been awesome!! "Art house" for "Art house" sake is super LAME.

So glad I'm not the only one who thought this!

You invest your time in the story and it ends like that. It makes me so cross! Lazy and self indulgent and almost sticking two fingers up at the audience supporting you.

Although the film was charming enough, I felt there wasn't enough material to make it a non-ending that left you more-or-less satisfied.
