I do not know whether the director or scriptwriter have taken their story from the novel or not. If they have, it would be, apart from a dishonest act of intellectual piracy, a rather sad and regrettable event.''

Honestly, can he read?
Imdb informs us this movie is based on a play, play written by Juan Mayorga.
With a little google magic, we can find out that play was written in 2006.
''The Finishing School'' was written in 2007, so, if someone stole, it was Spark, not Mayorga or Ozon.
