A slick anecdote but not a story

But what was it saying? In the end it was empty. And there was no reason for the wife to walk out on him.

She became a lesbian since her hubby was an impotent liberal f49 looking to be humiliated by men and boys alike.

The whole film is about art and creativity versus the boring and banal normality that most live and Claude craves, initially.

Germain and Jeanne are art snobs of the worst order. They know so much about art but so little too. Claude who knows something about art but nowhere near as much is the creative genius. The conversations that Germain and Jeanne have are hilarious and Claude taps into this when he comments on Esther and the Klee watercolours.

The distance is nothing. The first step is the hardest.
