Agreed! My first thought upon seeing him was the first line from the Shining:
"officious little prick."
Seriously, I was extremely excited about this show. His little scenes actually caused me to watch only the first show. His demeanor is so obnoxious that I decided not to watch any more of the show.
I think he is supposed to act stuck up...he is talking about society people.
Move, and I'll sock ya one!
This guy is just CREAPY... I don't know exactly what it is about him, but he just makes my skin crawl.

shareHe just acts snobby because of the shows subject matter, Rich Snobs, they thought he'd be interesting because people like to watch the down fall of rich snobs because they aren't rich snobs but would be snobbish if they were rich.
