Not the horns and tongue splitting guy, the one with the glasses who raised his hand up. What modification had he done? It kind of looked like he had his fingers removed or something, but his hand looked like a paw too. Does anyone with body mod knowledge know?

He had his hand voluntarily amputated

I actually googled the appeal of self amputation after that scene. Turns out it's a "disorder" in itself. An interesting read.

There's a documentary about it out there somewhere, really interesting to watch. I still think about it often, 3 or 4 years later.
