The problem with this show (SPOILERS)

I do like this show but storylines and characters (especially antagonists) are introduced and resolved way too quickly. Look at season 2. Paul Kaye's character and his entourage looked like they would be formidable antagonists but he is dispatched at the end of the 1st episode, and his goons are also killed off before the midway point, with almost no tension. It was a pleasant surprise to see him pop up out of nowhere (sort of) in the 3rd season, but some buildup with him and his goons in the 2nd season would have been nice.
There must have been other worthy mentions (such as the bank heist) but I can't remember much of season 2.
Then in season 3, Frank's shooting looked like that would be a major storyline, with the Lithuanians and their Arab cohorts, but that was also quickly resolved (the Arabs did go out with a bang, though). Roar's drug running storyline barely featured (apart from Alex), and the Brazilian druglords were only in 3 eps. Then we get another antagonist in Tommy, but we don't meet him until the midway point. Then the pervy breastmilk fetish guy appears out of the blue as Sigrid's boyfriend and what happens? She murders him!
And finally, the storyline with Jan almost being caught for Randi's murder dissipates with an accident that led to his unceremonious death. Seriously, such a major and entertaining charcter deserved more buildup and a bigger sendoff.
The writers only have 8 eps, they really need to pick a few storylines and build them up.
Still, looking forward to Season 4.

I am tired. I am...............DEAF!

(The 8 episodes part is the worst, I knocked out this season in three days and now we have to wait a whole year again, that blows) LOL

There was way too much time in Brazil and too much Roar and Torgeir without Frank. Made me wonder if Van Zandt is getting bored because he was on screen a lot less and not just in the episode he directed.
