who is the Brazilian soap opera writer? where did his character come from? was he in prison with Roar or did he just show up in Norway?

he said he hurt Roar and that's why he was casting him in the show but i feel like i missed something!

help!!

When Roar was in prison & went to swing at the guys laughing at him, he hit the old guy instead of the guy you're talking about.
