Can't remember, drives me crazy!

In the 2nd Season the british Thugs want to avenge the death of Brick-Man and they try to kill Roar. They have to try multiple times because someone always interrupts the murder.

Now, I know that I've seen exactly that before in a movie. Couple of people trying to stage a suicide (or whatever) and get always interrupted by someone walking by or driving by.

If anybody has any ideas, please...help a guy out here.
