How does Jan ever get laid?
Sure, the women he gets are pretty obnoxious too, but... That laugh, his looks, his style?! Are the producers making a statement about Norwegian women?
shareIn the first season I think it's a combination of how he exaggerate his powers as "working for the government", and how he uses that power to manipulate the young, immigrant women. Being in that posisition, in a small town, plus his ego, does work wonders.
For the later seasons, I guess the women just feel sorry for him. Again, he "plays the victim", and some women fall for that, I guess.
