Way Better than Devil's due
Why didn't I see this first??? such a better written script and very believable

shareYeah, I saw Devil's Due for free and it was even worse than I heard it was (and I had set the bar pretty low). So many found-footage movies get lazy and sloppy and several times I've been mad at the film-makers and myself for sitting through the whole thing (even with all the red flags it's going to be really stupid) and then wanting the 80 minutes of my life back. I've seen a lot of bad ones but I keep seeing them in general because every once in a while you get something special, or at least memorable. Also, when they are scary, they are REALLY, REALLY scary.
I think "reviewers" here who said it was boring wanted demons rampaging through the house at the end or something, or have not had to sit through "Devil's Due"! Also this movie is geared towards adults. I actually gave a *beep* about the characters, felt so sorry for the husband trying to help her, be strong for her and deal with all the stress. He was so loving and patient, only really losing his *beep* a couple times (mostly at the camera crew). Of course, I felt pretty sorry for Rachel, too. Oh, and the poor dog.
