When will this be in the USA?

Any expected release date in USA theaters or on DVD?

At this point, your best bet will be festival screenings and similar events. For example, the film is going to be shown at MoMA this weekend: http://www.moma.org/visit/calendar/films/1368
Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/OhBoyFilm) might be a good place to find out about other screenings.
The German DVD will be out at the end of May.

It is on Netflix now.

Not currently on Netflix any longer but Sflix has free movies and I watched it on that. You have 3 subtitle options to find the one that fits the dialogue best.

That's the only issue with Sflix and other free movie sites. With foreign films the subtitles do not always totally run in sync with the dialogue. I could not watch a couple of Bergman films for that reason.

This film they worked good enough.
