Aftermath

Haven't played BF3 in awhile, since Black Ops 2 came out but I have really been enjoying Aftermath. I like how they are very large levels but also very confined. What I mean by that is that they are these tight urban maps that keep going and going. I oly wish that there were one more helicopter per side for each level, and maybe a few more vehicles in general. Anyways, I really like playing on these levels so far, what do you all think?

I really enjoy it but only with a good squad with me. Either friends or randoms who actually know what they're doing (I know right, how stupid does that sound? )

Scavenger is an excellent addition to the battlefield. Gun Master + Conquest = profit, surely? I've already mastered a couple pistols but now I can get more of those mastery tags since everyone starts on a level playing field with pistols only.

The maps, I really like them. Not so keen on Talah Market in CQ (Scavenger is a better mode on that map) but thoroughly enjoy both CQ and SCV on the other 3 maps.

I'm also in love with the Xbow. I tend to stick with either the Standard Bolt or Balanced Bolt - found absolutely no need for the Scan Bolt and have only used the High Explosive Bolt a couple times against vehicles and to smash my way through a wall or whatever.

Overall, I think this is the best DLC since B2K. Hard pushed to decide between the 2 but after the *beep* that was Close Quarters and the abysmally disappointing Armoured Kill it's great to finally have a DLC I can see myself playing more often like B2K.

Close Quarters is excellent.
