TLOL is both pro and anti pornography

I think TLOL had to glamourise porn to some extent otherwise it would have been ignored by the people who need to think about the consequences of pornography the most, viz the people that use it! I thought that TLOL was a subtle, intelligent and thought provoking film.

Yes I agree and doubt if Hollywood could have made a similar style of film (exception Boogie Nights).

I don't think a film can be both pro and anti anything. I think it just tries to give an unprejudiced view on it.

I think it is a good movie but intelligent and thought provoking? Hmmmm, I'll have to think about that one for a moment. I've seen a lot of films that made me think more than this one did but again, TLOL is a good movie.
