Am watching this at min on film 4 uk. Just cannot see the " paul raymond" character at all. So you become "king of soho" without any intimidation or suggestion of violence? . Coogan doing that "im working class but want better" mock posh voice doesnt determine a character. Sorry, this ones a miss.
