Jackson is a fine hunk of man, and with some training he would have a really good voice, he has that crooner quality to his voice think Frank Sinatra types. I don't know if he made this movie to show off his voice or if he was just desperate for a part either way no. After watching this I went to listen to him sing on you tube....no. Come on man you've made a little money now from the twilight movies go get some voice lessons, then a movie like this might work. The idea of the movie was cute but it just didn't translate well to screen. Although, he is eye candy a movie needs more then eye candy to work.

I understand what people are saying, but I dunno, I actually was pleasantly surprised by this film- found it quite refreshing; good music; decent performances- esp. from like Elliott Gould, Bob Gunton, etc.. and you get a little more out of this than expected I found. Not a great movie by any means. And I wasn't familiar (not having been able to sit through any of the "Twilight" movies) with the lead actor at all.
