Why did he drop the nut in front of the Ferrari team? Was it to make them think it came off (or never went onto when it should have) the car?

I'm not sure how accurate it was to real life, but I liked those kind of mind games. Also when he took the stopwatch.
Its not enough to count as cheating, but enough to give an edge.
That was dirty. They might have had the car pull in to the pits to check it, and actually lost time.
