Fashion was better than Heroine!!!

I liked Fashion more than Heroine. Fashion was a much polished product and superlative in content. Madhur has shown his creativity in Fashion which was completely lacking in Heroine. I give Fashion 2 thumbs up!!!!

well, compared to Heroine, Fashion is a much better product. at least madhur was creative in showing the underbelly of the fashion world and what really happens behind the ramp. Heroine showed nothing new than what was already shown in Fashion. gay people, media manipulation, bitching, rivalry among actresses, controversies surrounding famous people etc.

yeah, Fashion lacked in some departments. but overall, it was better than Heroine. Fashion was more interesting because it didn't focus only on one character. it also showed what was happening in the lives of other two models, Kangana and Mughda Godse. if Fashion was to just focus on Priyanka Chopra, I wouldn't have watched it. Because it would've been such a pain to see Priyanka for 2:30+ hours flat.

Storyline wise Fashion was indeed better - all the actors except Priyanka were brilliant. Priyanka it appeared to me was affected - she is no natural actor, likewise Aiswarya. But Kanagana was good and so were a few others in their minor roles. But to me Heroine is a better movie only because of Kareena - she actually made a pretty much mediocre movie look great - true she was in almost all the frames - 90% of them is a rough guess - still one could never get tired of watching her.

I have already written it in the review that without Kareena Kapoor, Heroine would've fallen flat on its face. Bebo (Kareena's nickname) was so natural in this film. She has given her best to the film. I never really liked her till Chameli, when she decided to stop playing girl next door type roles. From then on, there was no looking back for Bebo as she began to sink her teeth in meaningful roles rather than just being an eye candy in movies.
