It's actually become... well, servicable.

It had a very rocky start and I was actually shocked at how awful it could be at times, but I never bothered taking it off my dvr. I just watched last week's episode and it actually wasn't half bad. It's become adequate. I'm not gonna say "too bad it's canceled", but it definitely improved in my opinion. Another season might not have been such a terrible thing, but too little too late, The Firm!
