Although when he got to the point about prenatal care not happening because of the cost of end of life care, I couldn't help thinking about how those who can't afford prenatal vitamins probably aren't going to be very good providers for their children in general. And I say this as a single mother who didn't get much prenatal care due to lack of health insurance.
Anyhoo, I've come to the conclusion that shows likely get canceled based just as much on content as ratings. I mean, I can imagine TPTB or their flunkies watching bubble shows' final episodes to guesstimate future ratings and audience eye-rolling.
