Welp, that sucks!

I actually enjoyed this show and hate to see it go. I've never watched a lawyer/criminal/courtroom TV series before so I don't have any of those other shows to compare it to. It seems like if dozens of reality TV shows can stay on the air, a show like this could continue as well. Some of the acting isn't stellar or award-winning, but I see worse on prime time shows.

No matter how this ends, it kind of seems like no way out for the McNeer's. Even if he does redeem himself from the Muralto's, he'd have to anger/upset the Russian mobsters to do it...which would just start everything all over again.

Guess we'll never know!

Yeah, this ended with them in a real pickle. I also really liked this show and am extremely pissed now at how it ended. Given the huge cliffhanger they clearly assumed this would go a second season. They must have been shocked at the low ratings and the cancellation. I wish there was some way to bring it back...

Or maybe they figured they could always publish some of those cheap, hack-written, tie-in paperback novels to cash in on the Grisham fans.

I can't believe the show is canceled. I have watched every epiode. It was one of my favorite shows this season. Then to leave us hanging the way they did after knowing for so long it would be canceled. There are so many crappy shows that get renewed, why can't one of those get canceled so we can keep a good show like the firm
