Defective DVD?

I rented the DVD, and was disappointed that the special features didn't appear to work...when I went to the Special Features menu, I was unable to highlight or activate any of the features. Then, while watching the movie, I tried changing the audio channels to listen to the commentary tracks, but just got silence on the other two channels. Did anybody else have these problems, or did I just get hold of a defective disc?

Sounds like a messed up disc. It happens maybe 1 out of every 100 during the replication. I came across one other but it played fine in a Playstation for some strange reason. Where did you rent it?

I rented it from Videodrome in Atlanta.
