Was he smoking pot??

No disrespect to Avery Brooks but was he smoking joints inbetween interviews? i felt like had i being puffing i would completely understand the flow of his words whilst eating munchies. "go on" "go on" Go on" i thought it was a clip from father ted.

I think even sir william was getting a bit peed off with the constant planking and plonking on the piano. why not have a proper sit down interview like the other 'captains'

Wow... i guess someone must of told him he was allowed to be... "himself."

This is... who he is.

So what if it didn't placate to your expectations.

Agreed wholeheartedly with you, Rob. He is just a very unique person. I rather enjoyed it his segments as they were much more thought provoking.

I liked the piano playing. And Shatner's singing.

But Brooks didn't answer specific questions enough. He turned everything into philosophical 'mumbo-jumbo', so to speak. But if that's him, that's him. It made for a good change of pace.
