Why can't the guy just answer a question straight? The parts where shatner interviews him are seriously awkward and I felt bad for him. It reminded me of some of the final conversations I had with my grandma who had dementia! I mean seriously, whaaaat

If you watch brooks on ds9 you can see he's very...eccentric.

Its just the way he is and it comes off as odd at times, overly dramatic at others but ALWAYS interesting
