what in the hell is this?!
i mean, seriously. how would you make something like this and give a theatrical release?! now all the sudden, the Winx Club movies look like gold compared to this. oh my god, i can't believe i just said that
shareI thought this would be a cute movie for my daughter, with an interesting historical context. How wrong I was! First of my complaints is the "romance" of the two main characters. Since when is an adopted son falling in love with his sister not INCEST? Secondly, the whole father/son dynamic of Timo having to earn his father's love is very troubling. I'm really sorry I allowed this on our family television. I gave it 3 stars of 10, because there are some nice animation scenes. The sweeping views of Rome are nice, but the story is terrible!
