Good movie

Especially the 2nd half of this movie, I really liked. I recommend this, best horror genre movie I've seen since few years.

Some people might cry "this has all been done before" Well, only one that's as good and interesting I think was Evil Dead new remake.

I so want a sequel!!!! And yes I saw the after credits scene that hinted Devon survived!

What I think would be cool is if new group of kids and/or ghost hunter type people (forgot what they call themselves) would come to the house again. It's not boring at all, really enjoyable concept. And I'd like to see where the relationship between Devon and Patrick would go - yeah I know it's crazy :D

i'm glad you liked it. i didn't hate the movie but i just found it kind of forgettable/meh...

it does have some good gore though and (as usual with Marcus Nispel films) the visuals/cinematography is really good.

twwarrior, i freaking LOVE the EVIL DEAD remake/reboot. just curious have seen any of the French horror films that have come out over the past 10 years or so?

INSIDE, HIGH TENSION, MARTYRS, FRONTIER(S), ILS, (and many more) are all exceptional horror movies.

twwarrior I liked that bit after the credits too. Thing is wouldn't Devon (combo of Devil and Demon for the name? LOL) need a live host or be sent back to the spirit world? So in order to come and appear again another group of people would have to open a gateway to our world so Devon could possess someone.As for wanting a sequel there is always the chance it will turn out horribly but I'd watch it.
