Do you think presidential candidate Trump is a changed man?

Do you think presidential candidate Trump is a different person compared to what is depicted in the movie (a ruthless selfish businessman)?
Do you think he'd continue to use high handed tactics if elected president? What sort of high handed tactics would he use?

You gave me a good laugh. Anyone who could do all of the things that he has done to hurt people (too numerous to list) and having that huge (Yuge) ego his whole life, he couldn't change if he wanted to. He only knows how to be rich and privileged. When that is your life you know nothing about real people with real problems. As of today he has said so many stupid things, and lied so much, there will be no change. Personally I may move to Scotland.

I wonder what it feels like to walk through life as an ignorant racist jerk. You're a great credit to your parents. Were they angry when you only made it through third grade in school? History shows that when people feel weak they have to find another group who they feel superior to. Every time a new group of immigrants came to the US they were the ones to look down on and feel superior to. It never fails. African Americans took a huge hit as inferior before other groups migrated to the US. So look in the mirror and feel superior because your chain is being jerked by the likes of Trump. I'm sure that "I'm better than them" gets you through the day.

My fear is that someone like (read "Trump") you will have their finger on the nuclear button at 5 AM.

Hurray for Scotland for intelligently not lumping all those in certain religions into one negative grouping. You sure are a moron of the 1st order. That'll be my last response to you.

I will not stoop down to personal attacks, but I have to say one thing: educate yourself. Not all cultures/religions are equal. There is a reason why some are more successful than others, why some are more compatible with each other than others and why some struggle to co-exist with others. I have an advice: follow this man called Tarek Fatah on facebook. He's a renowned journalist and a Muslim.
PS: I have (practicing) Muslim friends (probably more than you do)

reply

It's hysterical that you say you will not stoop to personal attacks and yet you wrote some the most personal cruel, ignorant and moronic personal attacks on people because of their supposed (in your own mind) connection to Jihad and terrorism. You made horrible statements based on what people are wearing on their heads, the hair they choose to wear on their face (their horniness?) and other things you've dream up in your head, etc. It's incredible that you are totally unaware that you stoop to personal attacks when you've write totally unsupportable racist and religiously intolerant crap about Scotland's government. Sadly, I need no education about your kind of hate and fear mongering.

I stand by what I wrote. I didn't just write it on my behalf. I wrote on behalf of the people who you think you are better than. When you say that everyone isn't equal you are WRONG. How you judge success I do not know since there are numerous ways to do so. I'm sure that you see yourself as successful and better than Muslims (probably in every way). All you are is a small racist person.

Co-existence is something that is worldwide and apparently beyond your ability to comprehend.

There is a lesson that is always repeated in history. People with low self-esteem always need another group to look down on and to believe are lesser than that ignorant person.
You basically proved the point perfectly for me. Every time a new group came into the US they would be the ones looked down upon. Italians came and they were lessor than those already in the US. Then Irish came and Italians could look down on them. Jews came and they were the next race that was attacked. At least half the country thought they were better than blacks. I won't list the entire history of these well-known facts. Unfortunately, in the face of much evidence to the contrary, some of those prejudices still exist.

Now we have Muslims to discriminate against and to say that we are more intelligent than, more peaceful than (of course you can assume by the way "they" dress that "they" want "Jihad"). You even sunk to insulting their way of dressing, which is based on their religious beliefs; so their religion is lesser than ours and ALWAYS dangerous. You believe that you are a better person than "they" are. If you have Muslim friends it's because you never show what you really believe; or you are delusional in thinking that those folks consider you a friend. If you are confident that those folks are friends than show them your last two posts.

Some struggle to coexist because people like you won't let those you hate and fear be free of your horrendous racism. They are oppressed by prejudiced people like you. Your description of Scotland's new government is a perfect example of the barriers this group must face. Many races have not been given opportunities to succeed in our history because of people like you. People like you work to do everything they can to insure that those of other races and religions cannot succeed. At some point in history people like you are finally condemned.

Wrap your head around this. Everyone in this world is equal. There is no "THEM"; There's only all of "US" on this planet.

I don't read blogs or Facebook posts because their are so many idiots who spout opinions that make other haters feel that it's OK to be that way; that those haters are better than others. Renowned journalists have good jobs in the media, not Facebook page rants. I prefer media sources that are well known for their unbiased coverage of world events. I see where some of your ignorance comes from now and why you will live in your bubble. I said I wasn't coming back here but I was astonished that you are so completely unaware of the way the world works. I can't abide by people attacking other races or religions in order to feel better about themselves. I also didn't get the opportunity in my last post to explain the history of how ignorant people need another race to hate so they can feel superior. Also, I was shocked that someone who sunk to the lowest level of personal attacks said they wouldn't use personal attacks. Maybe because you don't think I'm a Muslim planning Jihad I get a special "no attack" kind of post (as if there was no attacking). I don't even feel that I'm writing personal attacks here. These are facts. I'll leave out references to your 3rd grade education and what your parents must think out of this post.

Again, you've done a good job in expressing your belief that you are superior to at least one other race and of others who don't share your religious ideas (or non-ideas). You spit out hatred and hide yourself from the fact that you are a messed up person with little to no education on this matter beyond reading one person's posts on Facebook.

I will not come to this board to waste my time and respond to anything you may put here. If someone responds I hope they see you for what you are. With your very helpful post (thank you) I've explained your sad need to believe that you are "better" than others, that your ideas are "superior" to others, that you are more "successful" than others, and that your knowledge is severely lacking on these issues. It's no surprise that your "education" comes from some "brilliant" person who posts on Facebook. Obviously you found someone who shares the ideas that you have had for who knows how long.

You've proven that the unfortunate cyclic history of intolerance, fear, ignorance and hatred of those who are different than people like you sadly continues.

Read my post carefully again.
I never said people are unequal. I said cultures are unequal.
Your thoughts on prejudice and racism are 100% incorrect. It's because of your ignorance. We are not in the apartheid era anymore. No one is barred from getting educated or moving up the social ladder.
Your comments about my fears are also totally untrue. If my "fears" really existed, I wouldn't have Muslim friends in the first place.
Rather I believe you are the one who needs to spend more time among other cultures. I don't think you know much about foreign cultures at all. You need to get yourself educated (can't emphasize it enough). It'll help you get over your "bleeding heart" liberal ideology. Ideology trumps common sense when people are ignorant. Like I said, start by following Mr. Tarek Fatah. At least Google him up. If you are coming to conclusions about him without even knowing who he is, you are the ignorant fool here and all your comments have no value at all.
Lastly, I'll not show my post to my Muslim friends. They don't need to know every inch of my personal life. Just like anyone else.

As far as personal attacks go I will call you ignorant once. The statements you are making say everything. I don't need to point it out with nastiness. I don't know why ignorant people always bring me back. It's so futile. Reading your posts just makes me sad. I won't do it again. They actually show your changing positions as you reply to my posts. You are the exact type of person who helps no one because you blind yourself into believing that everyone is on an equal footing. Actually I expect you to start telling me that you are the one who's oppressed. That's usually the way this ridiculous argument tends to head next. Again, big self-esteem problem.

You've replied to about 10% of my post and conveniently ignored the rest. Your 1st post showed extreme prejudice against specific people in the Scottish government. So there goes the "I never said people were unequal". You can't run from previous posts. Now cultures are "unequal". Who makes up cultures? Yikes - it's people!

I have a Doctorate in Political Science and I have travelled to many places in the world. I have particularly worked with different urban studies groups. So you can knock off the - get educated - crap. What you have is not an education but an uninformed bubble-like existence. If it doesn't match your belief it's wrong. Period. Run and hide from it! It's much too late to ask you to open your mind to ideas that you dismissed a long time ago. All you do now is make arguments that attempt to support totally unsupportable opinions. You remind me of a politician who is sure he is superior to everyone else and believes everyone could be a millionaire if they just got off the couch. Some people can't afford a couch. Some people don't inherit millions.

This idea that no one is barred from being educated or moving up the social ladder can only be held by someone who looks at the world through closed eyes. I live in Chicago and I can tell you that African Americans are barred from many such opportunities. I mention that only because it is what I am working on now. Some conservatives close their eyes to many of the factors that create situations which prevent many minorities: religions, races, sexual orientations, the darkness of one's skin, etc., from coming up out of the unfortunate situations that they were born to. You are like one of those Republicans who believes that if they put the ladder down the hole than everyone can climb up it and be successful. That is absolutely ridiculous. I say climb down in the hole and look at it from that end. Watch the ladder be pulled up before you can grab any of it. Even President Reagan admitted that there were folks who needed to get more opportunities. Then the "we'll pull you up" ridiculousness came to be.

You want to talk about equal treatment and being barred from moving up the social ladder? Come and watch our criminal courtrooms in Chicago. No one even pretends anymore that blacks and Hispanics get the same treatment as whites. Once arrested they lose their jobs and their families now have no means of support. Their kids attend terrible schools (maybe something similar to your education). White guys get released on low bail.

I don't know anyone, even stanch Conservatives, who don't admit that we have problems in providing good educations, jobs, and opportunities for everyone. The question that is argued is how to fix these unequal educational, employment, and other problems which certain groups face. These problems exist at almost all parts of the globe. You must have been living in your cave for quite awhile. You have said nothing about your education or world studies or travels.

If "bleeding heart" is the way that you want to characterize me then I have no problem with that. It only goes to show how radical you are in believing that people should be ranked and treated in different ways depending on whatever your bizarre political theory is. "Bleeding Heart" only means caring about others who are less fortunate and attempting to do what little you can to help. I am fortunate that I had opportunities as a white middle class woman with the money to go to good schools and so to get good jobs and have the ability to travel. If I use some of that time to forgo a salary to travel and help others than I can and do. When I travel I see the ridiculousness of the argument that everyone is on an equal footing. Almost no one holds that belief anymore. There is much to much evidence that you are dead wrong.

Ideology is something to be supported and lived by everyday. Ideology is built during a lifetime of using your common sense and being around all different kinds of people. Ideology built on common sense and experience is valuable in determining the important things in life.

I have absolutely no reason to look at a Facebook "friend" of yours. My studies are far and wide. I get my news and opinions from varied sources that are highly respected. You seem to get yours from one guy. It sounds like you have a little crush on him.

That fact that you don't want your Muslim friends (and believe me, if your definition of a friend is someone who you consider in a lesser class or lesser "culture" than you are no friend). Helps you to think they're friends though. Then you can try to support an argument and give your racist mind some relief. Racists here always say "I have black friends". It's a quick way to dismiss the argument that you show hate for a certain group.

Are they really friends if they know nothing about you? Why do you think that your core beliefs, that you fight so strongly for here, are your "personal life"? I have no idea who the hell you are and you have no trouble sharing what you now claim to be your "personal life" with me. You shared your 1st post with the world, but you WOULD NEVER show your 1st post to your Muslim friends. That says everything anyone has to know about you and your alleged "friends". That 1st post is incredibly racist and slams their religion in everyway. Show them. You've shown it to all of IMDB, and so to the entire Internet. So how can you now say it is part of your personal life that you won't share with those specific friends? Do it. Prove you are right. They're your friends. Listen to what they will say. Then let us know what they think of that post. I'm sure they'll just shower you with praise.

From ddariced1958 re Kevin007515: In case anyone reading this thread (and I wouldn't blame anyone for not reading this far) doesn't know what I speak of when I write about Kevin007515's "1st Post" I want to make it clear. This is not his 1st post on this thread so it's confusing to some when I refer to his "1st Post". This is actually the 1st Post I responded so strongly to, and which he's tried to walk away from in his more recent posts. In a later post he wrote that he has "Muslim friends" (sure) and he wouldn't share this post with them. I haven't changed even one punctuation mark (or the two misspellings). I have to laugh because I forgot the "white woman as a partner to engage his horny tool" part. I can't help but to interject that it's obvious who the real "tool" is. When I've written him I'm discussing this incredibly racist and religiously intolerant indefensible one:

Trump may or may not be elected, but Scotland has already elected its first Islamist, Jihadist sympathizing, Pakistani-origin MP who took his oath in Urdu. His father has a beard like a goat and his hijabi mother and two sisters are draped in tents while the hypocrite MP has a white woman as a partner to engage his horny tool. All the best with your move to Scotland. Maybe you'll wake up to an ominous 5 AM blare from a nearby mosque.

@ddariced1958

Thank you for schooling/calling out this racist and telling him/her like it is. (Great post, too.) He/she sounds really no different from that stupid idiot trumpf. Usually when someone says, "unequal cultures" that used to be just an excuse/justification for white people to invade someone's land, dominate their culture, steal all their resources, and enslave them and treat like s*** while turning them into a cheap labor source. As a black person, that's all that means to me. But yeah, pretty everything you said was the truth. Keep using your white privilege to bear witness to racism like you're been doing so well on this board.

I disagree that I "got schooled". I stand by every word I said above. My views on this matter have not changed an iota.

@kevin

It'll help you get over your "bleeding heart" liberal ideology.

First of all, no one even uses that tired, out-of-date term any more. And there isn't a damn thing wrong with being a liberal, so go screw yourself. You need to get over your smug, superior attitude that you're better than anyone who dosen't think exactly like you. Being a liberal is better then being a person who's a racist, sexist a**hole (like that sorry, punk-a** trumpf.) There's no such thing as "bleeding heart ideology"---it's called giving a fck about your fellow man---ain't s*** wrong with that, unless you're a damn sociopath. Also you claim you got Muslim friends, but then you spend a whole post slamming a Muslim politician and saying ignorant as hell things about him because of his religion and the way he dresses? Just shut up, you're full of s***, and you know it. Having Muslim friends does not give you a free pass to insult them anyway---let's get that s*** straight. I'll bet you don't say all the s*** you just said about that Muslim politician to their faces.

And hell no, trumpf hasn't changed one iota. The fact that he's got thousands of lawsuits still facing him from his now-defunct fake trumpf university, and recent reports about how he's been routinely cheating contractors---even those who have worked for him---out of their regular pay for years, proves that he hasn't changed one damn bit, he's just found more ways to rip people off and be sneakier about it,that's all. Here's the articles about all that:
