I finally figured out it was Annette O'Toole, man did she look different! When I read George's bio I saw that he and his brother often played brothers so I checked and sure enough it was him. They sure don't look much alike though.

Really? I've came to Imdb to check if they were brothers because for me they looked VERY similar. I didn't know until I checked Imdb.
Their bodies are quite different, but their faces, specially the upper part, are very similar.
The brother is played by Geoff Stult's real life older brother, George Stults. They often play brothers on TV shows, because honestly who's better to cast to get the right chemistry of siblings than the person's actual sibling.
As of a few years ago, both do interviews that admit they both still live together in the same apartment they've lived in for quite some time since they're too lazy to move.
