NOT Filmed in Florida...
Online articles say producer Hanson wants to avoid having to fly from LA to Miami to LA, but "...because The Finder is set in Miami and the city’s look is an important part of the show, the series’ crew plans several trips to Florida a year, with one day of production on each episode slated to take place in Miami."
Amazing. This is what setting a show in a particular location but filming in LA produces...
There ain't no key anywhere near Miami where that could put that bar.
The parole agent drives "all the way from Key West" to check on the blonde girl. Miami is 133 miles from Key West - and a major metropolitan area. Why would the parole agent be from Key West?
Oh, and the background while driving across the causeway - that seems to be the same spot every time.
The establishing scene of the bar was Florida. Thousand Island fly-over was Florida. Neither was Miami.
The docks, the urban buildings - what should be Miami - was Hollywood.
If "the city's look is an important part of the show", Hanson, give a little of your blood for your "art" (yeah, right) and make the cross-country trips.
Or just place the show in LA. What's so important about Miami? You ain't using it, anyway.
Okay, trolls, attack away and tell it's just a TV show and if I don't like the show, don't watch it. Yawn.
