While this show was never the best ever...

... it sure as hell had better sitcom characters than I had seen in a damn long time.
They all had their own little unique personal differences, and were flawed, but still likable human beings. Not many sitcoms from today manage to pull off that mix. It was also funny and rarely was too forceful with the humor.
It's a goddamn shame it's cancelled. It actually gave me a little hope for a return to form for sitcoms, but TBS blew it. Bastards!

I barely just heard, I kinda had the feeling it was going to. I felt that the 3rd season fell off but in the end it picked itself back up. It's way better than Ground Floor I would say and probably the best TBS show they ever had. Men at Work is actually more funnier than what the Big Bang Theory is now. Men at Work has that modern and unique comedy, not that cheesy unoriginal comedy.

I agreet. And Jude was a great addition to the show. just as Seinfeld brought on elaine, this was a great addition to the cast.

I agree, Jude was a great move for the show. They actually did have a great cast. It wasn't a cheap show like Sullivan & Son. Ground Floor in my opinion is almost near that, but people like it. For me the boss is too typical, Harvard is not funny and he has basic jokes, and the lead with his singing is annoying. Men at Work wasn't flawless but I'd be crazy to say its not better than Ground Floor.
