There are tons of tutorials on YouTube on game engines. You should try looking in to Unity 3D game engine as they support iOS, Android, Windows,and numerous game consoles. Also CryEngine and Unreal Engines for advance graphics or even Blender Software to make animation and cut-scenes. There are free versions available for download on their websites.
