Not the greatest directing

Other than the two major stars, every one else is over acting. What is with the talking with a loud voice or talking like a machine.

No one appearing in this movie can be considered a major star...

every one else is over acting.

Even the 'major stars' were overacting...

While Jeff Fahey and Kari Wuhrer aren't exactly major stars, they've both done better work, but even they seemed to be hamming it up in this dopefest. Almost appeared to be on purpose...

By 'two major stars' I thought the OP meant Kari Wuhrer's boobs.

The guy who played Armstrong was ludicrous in his overacting. I wasn't sure if it was him or the directing.

I wanted to throttle him and his Katherine Hepburn impersonation.
He was like 80lbs of intimidation.

Camp acting, funny voice and cras uniform. This was bad directing, since the director should have spotted such basic faults from the start.

David Jensen has vast experience, so maybe he was seeing just how much he could get away with without the director or the suits noticing.
