It really is apalling, I couldn't helping laughing at it because it's so unbelievably hammy it's unreal. This film is really just a bit *beep* Even the basketball bits are pretty *beep* Watch above the rim, it's older but a much better bball film.

Yea, this is without a doubt the worst acting I've ever seen. At times I wondered if it was on purpose. I could just imagine the "actors" laughing hysterically after each line/shout.
shareThis was definitely a "so bad it's actually funny" movie. The "duel" was a full contact, caged 2 on 2 game where you were allowed to throw elbows to the face but, oddly, it was only done occasionally. Heck, you could knock the opponent unconscious and win with only the best fighter. But nobody took advantage of this rule it seemed. The basketball skills were not very impressive either and anyone approaching 6 foot could easily dunk... as long as it wasn't a continuous shot. When they showed the player actually leave the ground and, in the same frame, dunk the ball, it was an obvious 3/4 court. That can be fun, but I doubt there are many "kind of" full contact, caged, 3/4 court, high stakes ball games being run in "da hood".
Truly a funny movie.
It's no wonder that ive never heard of this movie until a couple of days ago!
