So are all cops that trigger happy?

Trigger happy. Hate to tell u this but if you are holding a gun and cops approach you should drop the gun immediately

I wondered about that too. Whenever I see perps run from cops I always get mad because personally I think cops should be allowed to shoot you if you do that. But that's not how it works. If you're fleeing, especially in an inhabited neighborhood, the cops aren't supposed to shoot while chasing after you. I guess there are too many potential mistakes and innocent casualties. I disagree and think if you run you deserve to be shot. But that's just me.

In terms of being trigger happy, I don't think you can say that about the first guy considering how he was waving that gun around. He shouldn't have been holding it in the first place as soon as he saw cops approaching. But I was surprised when they shot the guy who ran in the back.
