Tonight I have begun the "depression trilogy." I finished Antichrist tonight, Melancholia tomorrow, and then Nymphomaniac. I am watching these on Netflix, and they have both the original versions, and the director's cuts of the Nymphomaniac films. Which should I watch? (I'm thinkin maybe director's cut since they are what the director originally visioned)
shareDirector's Cut, without question. The theatrical version(s) is about 90 minutes shorter. That's like a whole movie missing from the narrative.
