Just finished watching and I cannot believe how amazing it is! I thought it would be good but Sunny totally blew away my expectations. I fell in love with all of the characters and laughed and cried the whole way through. So sad but so uplifting and hopeful. I've watched quite a few South Korean movies now, but was wondering what else is like this?? Thanks :)

If you like warmth and sweetness, and want to say "I fell in love with all of the characters and laughed and cried the whole way through", then I'd recommend the Taiwanese movie "Hear Me" (Ting Shuo/ 聽說/ 听说). Due to deafness, the main characters chat, flirt, joke and argue all in sign. In fact, most of the movie is in sign language (with subtitles, of course). Where have you ever seen a movie, particular a warm romantic comedy, done in all (90%) sign?
