Little death icons

I was just wondering if anyone had a list of ways you can die online?
Because basically, I was playing on Dome, and when I killed someone an icon I'd never seen came up.

By the icons I mean like if you kill someone it comes up with the gun you killed them with on the bottom left corner, or a grenade if that's how you killed them.

Anyway, I killed someone and a little icon came up that looked like a wall falling on someone.
But we were in Dome and nothing was around, so I don't think anything fell on them?
Any help?
