I must have missed something but I have the DVDs which I have watched quite a few times and I'm still clueless.

Provenza makes them pay to use the printer because Provenza bought the printer and it is the best one in the department.

I came to ask the same question. I'd forgotten about the printer. I kept thinking it was a cuss jar.
