This was a good movie but (Spoiler)
Wouldn't the girl have been dead? I mean my God they took her kidney's didn't they? I can see where the guy would still be alive because they took his eyes....
Overall a good quirky film though....
its amazing just how much people can survive - and tbh the people were just used for 1 organ and kept alive....surely it would have been easier for the people to have been killed and then their organs removed...but there would have been no film
