Does anyone know where I can watch ABCs of death 1.5?

I can't find any mention online of a DVD, or of a website it is available to watch on?

Yeah, it definitely exists.
I believe they held a competition for the 'M' short, and then compiled the best ones into 'ABCs of death 1.5'.

I know you can watch m is for munging online somewhere.
