That's Noboru Iguchi for you. I've seen his movie Machine Girl and it's a lot like F is for Fart. He also did RoboGeisha. Watch the trailer on YouTube and you'll get a good idea of how crazy he is.

I've actually seen RoboGiesha before and I thought it was a blast. Stupid, extremely stupid, but awesome. F Is For Fart just sucks, it isnt funny or well written.
