Will there be a sequel?
I know there's more books and I love the movie, but do we know if there will be a sequel? The movie seemed to do really good and make good money, so I hope there will for sure be a sequel.

shareI can't confirm yet so much as hope just as much
shareWould be very nice if they're were!
shareOf course not. Not by Burton anyway. You can almost hear Burton and Riggs,
Burton, I need an ending to your books, this is a movie.
Riggs, Ehhh?
Burton, Your first book ends cliff hanging.
Riggs, And??
Burton, This is a movie, I need resolution.
Riggs, Meaning?
Burton, Meaning I have cooked up an ending.
Riggs, where ... ?
Burton, where I create 30 minutes that's not in your books, ok!
Riggs, let me see a pitch.
Burton shows him.
Riggs, Ehh I don't get it.
Burton, It's my ending or no movie. You get three quarter, I get one quarter. We need an ending.
Riggs, oki doki.
I don't see how they could do a sequel with Burtons ending because he showed Miss Peregrine in human form. Another director should have taken the helm for the complete series to be adapted.
shareI feel like JA Bayona should have directed this to make it a franchise
shareIf there were, most likely Tim Burton would not be directing since he rarely makes sequels to his work.
Only exceptions have been Batman Returns and maybe Beetlejuice according to his IMDb directing credits.
