I Wanted the Monsters...

This movie was pretty impossible to get through. None of the characters have any redeeming qualities, in fact I pretty much found everyone in it deplorable, and at one pointed wanted the monsters - who were pretty much just minding their own business and trying to survive - to eat everyone in the film.

Yes, I do get the point that it's trying to show the true "monster" is often in us humans, and often life is just utter crap and people can be horrible. But that doesn't mean I want to pay to have that impression re-enforced.
