No, you need to go back and watch it again. The friend told her that he had testicular cancer. She felt sorry for the things she said and they way she acted towards him at the prior meeting b/c she didn't know at that time. Now that she had this new information she pitied him and took back the things she said b/c he's sick. When they're having sex, just before he comes he pulls out and it lands all over her face and neck. I don't know how you could have missed that. She's not pregnant. It's not hard to understand.
