Ripoff of Seven Chances

It's been 2 years since you wrote this post but if you're talking about Seven Chances 1925 then I don"t see the connection between this and that movie besides it's been nearly a century since that movie was made.
Seven Chances was about a guy in order to inherit his grandfather's will must marry before his birthday.

There are plenty of movies about a person will never got the money if he doesn't do something before a deadline but having a child on his own and he doesn't expect any money from it but he is the one who will give his house to the woman caring his child just to have children.

The real remake is The Bachelor 1999 with the Guy from NCIS LA.
