What TC treatment guarantees infertility?

Im a TC survivor and am unaware of a treatment that leaves one ball yet guarantees you will be sterile. Chemo patients usually can father children after.

Me too. Different drugs have different effects, and unfortunately, on occasion the chemical treatment will cause permanent infertility.

Who make a comedy about TC in the first place? I guess anything to do with testicles is going to attract a female audience. I cant wait for a comedy about female breast cancer.

Surgical removal of a cancerous testicle is apparently a very common precautionary response to avoid the cancer spreading. Many TC survivors have lost at least one testicle.
