I Have a Sonny Theory

i've already posted this, my own, theory, but i figured hey what the hell?

Sonny is conflicted about her feelings for Chad (wished she hadn't left him, but doesn't believe it to be appropriate to go back to him). her work on the show suffers, her relationship with her co-stars suffers. she either consciously or subconsciously wants them to tellher to go back to Chad and if they care about each other enough, then they can somehow make it work. they do the opposite by continuing to bash and make of him. she becomes frusterated and begins to grow tired of being their bitch and stepping stone by constantly trying to help them with whatever and they respond ungratefully by taking advantage of her kindness. Sonny goes to Marshall and tells him that she needs time and wants to take a reflective sabbatical from the show, stating something along the lines of "I'm not sure how long, but I just can't deal with this right now." distraught, she packs her dressing room, looks back at the Prop House for a bittersweet smile, tearfully says good-bye to her friends, and departs temporarily back to Wisconsin with her mother. So Random! faces trouble because it needs a new castmate and the ratings are dropping. feeling sympathetic and wanting to help save the show as well as truly believing that it would not be fair for them to lose their show and having grown to invest and care about them on some kind of level, Chad convinces Condor to put him on as the new cast member for the show and Condor reluctanlty agrees. the transition is difficult at first and the cast is not very welcoming, but Chad is able to find his bearing on his part in the show and the cast begins to get used to having him around as well as working with him. they begin to see Chad in a better light and begin to grow caring feelings towards him as well. although he also continues to film his lead role on Mackenzie Falls, Chad is also able to help finally create a peaceful truce and stop the fighting between shows too.
