Kenda's Police Training

Even though it was back in 1973, I find it hard to believe that Colorado Springs did not have any kind of formal police training. It was all "ride-alongs." Although it did seem to work, it just doesn't seem right, especially after seeing so many shows that refer to police academies like Blue Bloods.
