Beautiful (SPOILERS)

Am head over heels in love with this movie. Eytan Fox outdid himself and Yossi is not just a mere sequel to Yossi and Jagger. It is a small masterpiece.

Can so much relate to how Yossi is going through the motions of life buried under layers and layers of sadness and solitude. And to how Tom slowly but surely wins Yossi's heart and sort of brings him back to life.


Favorite scenes:

- the visit to Lior's bedroom
- Yossi looking into the rearview mirror when Tom gets Mahler's name right
- Tom talking to Boaz by the pool and Yossi feeling jealous
- Tom going to the bar where he knows Yossi will be listening to Keren Ann
- Yossi finally peeling off the layers he had been hiding under before he and Tom make love

Hope Eytan revisits Yossi's story in the future.
