Did anyone ever buy it?
Will it be released in the US in theaters yet?

Yeah, I think that is how it usually works. But first they will probably wait a few moths or even years for good news. If they they release it straight to DVD, it means that they gave up waiting.
Per example, "The Motel Life" premiered last year. For long time it appeared like it would be typical straight to DVD movie. But now they found a distributor and will release it on November. So there is always hope.
Thats another good one I'd like to see!
