Dumbest movie of all time? Spoilers..as if this could be 'spoiled'

I actually think the acting was pretty good as were the production values. In other words the movie looked pretty good and if you could ignore what was going on the actors were doing a good job.

Unfortunately everything else was idiotic and the script appeared to be ad libbed with liberal use of the f word to add some weight to the completely lame script. I've never seen dumber action sequences and events taking place.

So three women get together randomly after several years and instead of going for coffee or shopping they decide to revisit an island they used to play on as kids. Uh, yeah. So okay they are on the island and lo and behold there are a group of hunters there. Forget the fact that the island is as big as a postage stamp and there dont appear to be any animals on it to hunt in the first place, this is where the three hunters decide to go. So amidst this coincidence it turns out the ladies know one of the hunters.

They share a campfire, food and booze. One of the ladies gets really tipsy, flirts heavily with the one they know, lures him into the woods, starts kissing him then as he moves in for more suddenly decides, nope, not interested. Hey, no means no, but honestly if you are a big enough ho-bag to get yourself into that situation with a guy you dont know who has a gun, in the middle of nowhere, after you both have been drinking, and he doesnt stop at no just give it up and report him for rape later if you want. Sorry, not ideal, but if he's not stopping at no wtf do you think he, and his friends, are capable of? Instead she decides to hit him in the head with a rock, killing him.

His war buddy friends understandably are pretty unhappy about her killing a guy who had saved their lives just a few weeks ago. They are doubly unhappy because the person that did it appears to be a whore who lured their friend out into the woods. Frankly, I see their point. Yes they overreact, but odds of them going calmly to the police to report this seemed low. Honestly, if they did it would have made a better movie as the legal battle over the death played out. Would her claim of self-defense win the day?

The story unfolds form there with an improbably escape, some idiotic chase scenes, the most ridiculous shot ever, an ocean swim, a convenient fall, the infamous nude huddling, and mercifully the final confrontation which was right out of the keystone cops. Actually reading my summary is better than watching it. There is virtually no character development so I was kind of hoping all six would wind up dead and forgotten on the island which is where this movie should have wound up...dead and forgotten.

Yeah, that's when I decided to stop reading that opinion.

It may sound dumb, but it could be a choice between being raped or being murdered.
